Join me at an upcoming event to get inspired and renewed in ways you didn’t realize you needed. As the sole owner and operator of my yoga studio on a shoestring budget, I often felt very alone and like I had to be the one to do everything. This is on top of being positive and agile in responding to the ever changing market I existed in. In hindsight, I realize that I had a hard time staying motivated and inspired - even as an eternal optimist, life long overachiever, and lover of health and wellness. Sometimes stepping away from your bubble is the best thing you can do to help you get perspective and see where your next success story begins. I am here to help you get that perspective.

Join me, several friends from my consultant network, and the fitDEGREE team for a 3 day retreat on a beautiful lake surrounded by mountains at the Evergreen Lakeside Resort located just outside Atlanta, Georgia! A first of its kind, the fitDEGREE team will be hosting studio owners of the fitFam for a 3 day adventure. Mindbody University 2006 - 2022
I helped launch Mindbody University (MBU) in 2006 and was involved with most of the events thereafter. MBU business intensives were aimed at helping customers of Mindbody become better businesses AND better users of the software platform. I was involved with 75+ 3-day conferences, taught over 300 talks, and helped create programming and a network of inspiring business leaders and speakers.
The Bold Conference was Mindbody’s User Conference held in LA / San Diego from 2014-2022 and it was a bigger and more inspirational conference with tons of great programming, sessions, keynote speakers, fitness classes, and great parties. MBU was a subset and part of this conference and it was a fun era for me and my Fit Tech Biz Fam.
